Is this website real?

Yes the website is real and it’s a real company but that’s as far as my recommendation would go. I booked a 7 ngt holiday to Spain on 21st April, was a real good deal, just £230 each for accomm and flights. A week later I’d still not received anything at all in the way of confirmation despite trying to get hold of them on their 10 pence per min phone line. 7 days later I got through to them on the low rate sales line, I rang it because I was so fed up of trying on the other line, they basically just told me to ring back on the other number. Within a few minutes I received a call back from them and apparently there was a ‘problem’ with my flight, turns out the price had jumped up by £152!

They’d already taken my hotel payment on 23rd April and after reading reviews I knew this would be almost impossible to get back so I reluctantly agreed to pay. I checked the airlines website and true to her word the price matched exactly but WHY hadn’t they booked my flights when I’d booked and trustingly given my details over for them to take my booking, when the flight was less? After some research it turns out that they pull this stunt on a fairly regular basis and having gone through their T&C’s thoroughly it seems that they’ve covered their backs aptly to get away with it.

Hopefully the holiday will be good and I’m not going to stress over it as it’s not worth it but I would just say be very wary about booking with this company, some reviews are good but there’s also a lot of others that have experienced what I’ve just been through, if you don’t receive confirmation within a day or so then I’d say that the same thing will happen to you.
