Does any one know anything about Callatillis in tenerife ?

Going in mid March for a week. Need to get away and unwind and dont want to be in the middle of a commercialised resort. Booked a hotel called Catalonia Punta del Rey. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also is it easy to get a bus to some where if we fancy a trip out or would we need to hire a car? MAny thanks!!
