Best Digital cam for club/pub action videos and pics?

I am looking for the best digital camera for taking videos (with sound) and photos for dark venues such as pubs and clubs and parties. My current one (which I got cheap in Tenerife 2 years ago) is absoutely pants as I cannot see what i’m aiming for in the viewfinder and even if the room is dimly lit it does not show up in the video. I specifically want to use it for taking videos and action shots of my fiances band but just now the pics are distorted as he is moving, it takes forever to take (about 5 second delay!) by that time some bloke has stood in the way! So basically I would like one that a) you can see whats in the viewfinder b) can take photos while the subject is moving c) takes sound videos in dim light. Not asking much I hope! Oh, and it should be sort of between £100-£200. If anyone could recommend one that’d be fab! Thanks.
