My and my boyfriend are looking for a cheap holiday, help?

The cheapest site seems to be travel republic but its still looking a little too much, our original search criteria was tenerife, playa de las americas, all inclusive for 10 days in June, its coming up at over a grand which we could afford but wouldnt be able to do any activities ’cause we’d have no spending money! I really dont want to cut it down to a week so we’ve said we’d be willing to change destinations, but we dont really know where to, can anyone reccomend somewhere hot, cheap and not quiet, but preferably not in your face drunks in the gutter lively? Im 19 and he’s 23.
