need good hotel in tenerife?

my partner and i want togo to tenerife in october, e are in our fifties and like something going on , prfer los cristianos or playa las americas has anyone got a decenthotel idea, we want half board

I have stayed at the Tenerife princess a few times, but I think they have changed the name now to best hotel?
Nice hotel, but a bit worn for wear now.
Also the Vulcano, excellent hotel, I wont say anything about the staff, because they are all faultless and efficient.
