What is the average living cost in tenerife ( budget )?

Very difficult to answer because everyone has different living standards, but it is considerably cheaper than the UK. To rent a 2 bed apartment for example is around 750 euro, food is cheaper, petrol is massively cheaper. Fuel bills are much less, you need far less in the way of clothes as no need for a winter wardrobe. etc
