Tenerife Royal Gardens -TIME SHARE-?

Does anyone own time share weeks in this resort in Las Americas can they tell me if they agree their maintenaince money is not really being spent on maintaining these apartments. Has anyone used them this year? as up until last year they all needed a renovation i.e. bathrooms,furniture etc..

The TRG along with a few others complexes were developed by a man called John Palmer. He was convicted of fraud and did some time in prison. The courts declared him bankrupt in a move intended to recover millions of pounds in compensation that the court had also oredered to be paid to victims of the fraud.

It is intended that TRG will eventually be sold (as Flamingo and Island Village already have been) but TRG has an embargo placed on it by Spanish courts preventing the sale due to non payment of taxes etc. Work is ongoing with the courts to have the embargo lifted. So in view of it’s eventual sale it’s no surprise the current management are not spending on the place.
